My client can reach millions of people within the UK and are looking for a Creative Strategy Director to join they brilliant team. As the Creative Strategy Director, your experience must have a real focus on digital and what is trending well via digital channels.

You will be responsible for drawing insights and turning these into outstanding content across all platforms for some of the UK's best know brands. You must have experience of using insights and data to drive their creativity to ensure clients maximise the ROI. The Creative Strategy Director must be the type of person that believes there is no creative challenge that they cannot answer, be a positive creative individual that can work with a large matrix team to deliver world class content.

Creative Strategy Director will ideally have prior experience working in a large media owner, creative agency or larger media practice.

Role and responsibilities

As the Creative Strategy Director, your role and responsibilities will include:

• Be a part of the senior management team and be responsible for leading the team on responding to briefs with a platform and brand agnostic approach - putting INSTINCT & INSIGHT to produce IDEAS & INNOVATION which have IMPACT & INFLUENCE on audiences.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their categories and their business and communication challenges
• Elevate our creative approach to briefs, considering innovative partners & platforms, giving my client a competitive edge
• Working with the insight team to help build stories of cultural trends for our audiences that help inform ideas and ensuring these stories and insights are shared across the team.
• Working closely with the hub and client teams to ensure the creative process runs smoothly with insight at the heart of every solution.
• Manage the flow of incoming briefs & focus resource where the greatest opportunity lies
• Taking ownership of projects from start to finish, applying instinct & insight at the heart of the response (with an ‘always on’ approach to sharing insight and cultural trends with the team)
• Galvanising and engaging the right team to develop the ‘big idea’
• Engaging brand stakeholders for approval on execution and detail of delivery
• Working with the design team to deliver clear and compelling storytelling to all pitches
• To attend pitches where there is an opportunity
• Be immersed in the brands and working collaboratively with key stakeholders – e.g editorial, sales, client team, marketing, planning and delivery to ensure quality control and excellence on all briefs and ensure costs match the proposal before being sent to agency or client
