As the Customer Insight Manager, your objective is to manage a team of analysts to support the delivery of my clients global Group Customer Strategy to regional programs. As part of the Group CRM team, you’ll need to consistently drive the management of the CRM programs leveraging on the evolving core data strategy to build powerful marketing and communication initiatives.

Role and responsibilities

As the Customer Insight Manager it is your responsibility to:
• Manage internal and external stakeholders;
• Support the CRM Analytics through the best use of customer insights for the marketing activities and other business functions
• Provide Analytics Expertise and Guidance to help make decisions about the CRM programs.
• Deliver clear Actions from Insights which focus on measurements and areas to improve on.
• Supervise, manage and motivate team members daily.

Skill set

As the Customer Insight Manager, you:
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer insights analytics.
• Can demonstrate expertise and provide leadership in CRM and analytics.
• Have knowledge of direct marketing metrics and tools.
• Have proven experience of managing teams with good decision-making skills
• Have excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
• Are a university graduate or equivalent with strong analytical skills.
• Experience using data tools
- Analytics, Database and Data mining skills, must have used SQL
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. v-lookups, pivot tables, VB macro scripting)
• Experience of working with a high volume of SKU level transactional and customer data across multiple databases.

As the Customer Insight Manager, it would be nice to have
• Retail Analytics
• Strong Retail / FMCG experience at an International level
