Our client has very ambitious growth plans and they're looking for a bright young thing to take the role of Demand Generation Manager EMEA who can smash it and help build a strong pipeline, to help drive adoption of their messaging analytics SaaS platform throughout the EMEA region.

Your core responsibilities as Demand Generation Manager EMEA will be identifying and developing new business prospects via Social networks, Video links, telephone, email and events, introducing them to the company and the services on offer. As Demand Generation Manager EMEA, you will identify the appropriate buyer, uncovering their budget, an appropriate project, authority, need and timeframes to progress them through the sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.

Role and responsibilities

Your day to day responsibilities as the Demand Generation Manager EMEA:

• Conduct your own research to identify cold prospects, using sources such as inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research
• Conduct needs analyses to determine prospects’ potential objectives, and potential objections
• Identify key influencers to determine engagement, budget and timeline
• Build and cultivate relationships by setting up meetings for the sales team and managing user demos/trials
• Initiate and conduct follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
• Work with the Business Development Directors and the rest of the sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to meet revenue goals
• Produce copy and coordinate the creation of creative for outreach campaigns
• Managing lead generation and organising events and conferences

Skill set

Demand Generation Manager EMEA - "The Person"

• Ideally at least 2+ years' proven success in a similar demand generation role
• A creative approach to generating leads; utilising all the latest tricks and tools available
• Proven track record of delivering quality leads and meetings to senior sales team
• Strong experience of opening doors, navigating gatekeepers etc.
• Commercially focused & driven with the ability to work towards metrics
• A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills
• Polished communicator – both verbal and written
• Passionate about digital marketing with ability to take initiative
• Experience working with a sales management tool (e.g. Salesforce, Accello)
