Are you a Digital Sales Manager wanting to work with one of the UK's fasting growing digital publishers? My client, who provides a content platform enabling brands to communicate to their customers via mobile, tablet and desktop using both web and owned content are seeking a Digital Sales Manager to join their team. Working with some of the top brands, advertising and media agencies in the UK, you will be taking a strategic approach to mobile publishing. As a Digital Sales Manager, you will be part of ambitious plans to grow the business and become a leading digital tech company in the UK, with an aim to push ad revenues to the £1 Billion mark.

Role and responsibilities

As part of our ambitious growth plan the Digital Sales Manager will be responsible for;
• Business Development to B2B and agency candidates
• Creating opportunities to develop new sales opportunities
• Communicating with decision makers
• Launching new products
• Key account management
• Establishing and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Help develop new sales strategies and launch new products into the market

Skill set

Ideally the Digital Sales Manager would possess the following;
• Degree educated with strong academic background
• Strong experience of successful sales & account management, preferably leading UK digital agencies and client direct
• Software/SaaS sales in a B2B background would be an asset
• Experience of delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets whilst able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Ability to gain entry to key decision makers at both agency and client side
• Strong client service ethic and a keen interest in building long term business relationships
• Good understanding of the dynamics of large media agencies and corporate organisations
• Advertising & media savvy - understanding of integrated advertising communications, especially within digital and mobile landscape
• Good self-starter, team player with natural ability to think on their own and identify sales opportunities for the business
• Excellent skills in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Creative, confident & articulate, with good written, oral and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales & market trend information and identify new business opportunities
