I am working with a rapidly growing marketing technology company, who have received over $90M worth of funding over the past 5 years and have an open position for an Enterprise Account Director.

Having undergone rapid growth since entering the EMEA market, they are looking to grow and develop their sales team by bringing in a hungry, ambitious Enterprise Account Director, to focus on developing the business across the EMEA Region. A company with a great AI, Omnichannel Personalisation offering, this is a great time to enter a business in its early stages and drive the business forwards.

Role and responsibilities

As an Enterprise Account Director, you will:

- Build and develop your own pipeline with the support of an Sales Development Representative
- Develop strong relationships with C-level professionals within Enterprise organisations
- Win and close deals with an average order value of circa £400,000
- Achieve Quarterly and Annual revenue Targets

Skill set

To be considered for this Enterprise Account Director Role you must:

- Have 3+ successful years selling complex, high value SaaS Solutions
- Proven experience selling into Enterprise brands
- True Hunter Mentality
- Proven track record working to targets

Desirable traits for the Enterprise Account Director:
- Experience selling into CMO's
- Experience in high-growth, SaaS Start ups

In terms of package, they are offering a Base salary in the range of £80,000 - £100,000 + Double OTE which is uncapped!
