As Enterprise Sales Director, you will be working for the #1 internal communications platform to engage with employees, improve behaviour, and track performance thus a network in HR at senior level is a must have.

As Enterprise Sales Director, you will be supporting a client that is redefining internal communication processes by offering a responsive digital platform. They challenge the modern workforce of geographically dispersed non-desk employees.

As Enterprise Sales Director, you will facilitate businesses to connect with their frontline staff through mobile onboarding and bite-sized training delivered straight to their mobile phones.

In five short years, my Client has demonstrated a commitment to technical innovation by developing all-encompassing communication solutions for high-profile customers such as Vodafone, HSBC Bank, and BMW.

They have a dedicated team of 40+ employees based in their offices across the EU, and are rapidly expanding to new markets globally.

Role and responsibilities

Job Responsibilities of the Enterprise Sales Director:

• Establish the business in the UK
• Hire and build the UK organization to 10 people within the next 18 months
• Drive your own and your sales team’s efforts in the UK
• Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process
• Engage with prospect organizations to position your clients' solutions through strategic value-based selling, business cases, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data
• Identify and research the market potential, to formalize a go-to UK market strategy and create a qualified target-account list
• Develop the pipeline through a combination of email campaigns and support from the European HQ based inside sales team
• Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s)
• Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to reach overall revenue targets
• Consistently update Salesforce with customer and pipeline data
• Create precise monthly forecasting and revenue delivery

Skill set

The successful Enterprise Sales Director will be required to have:

• Solid sales experience from a SaaS or Cloud environment
• Network of senior contacts in HR function
• Track record in a start up somewhere in career
• Strong international C-level sales experience from Fortune 5000 companies
• Eligibility to work in the UK
