A people-savvy and poker-loving German speaking Administrator is required by a FTSE listed gambling company to handle 100 VIP clients within their German market. This forward-thinking business is looking for a German speaking Administrator to build and develop strong, long-term relationships with their high-end customers through some smart personal communication that you will think up and execute.

As German speaking Administrator, you will rub shoulders with some seriously respected customers at live events and interact with them remotely on other occasions to maximise value and retain business. This is a great opportunity to put your client liaison skills to the test and to support the overall success of the German markets.

Role and responsibilities

As the German speaking Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:
• High focus on potential VIP customers: understand, target and develop relationships with potential high-value players with daily analysis of the new depositing players.
• Outbound calls including new member welcomes, investigation, loyalty, sales, surveys and the reactivation of lapsed members.
• Create VIP tailored promotional offers dedicated to the best customers. Analysing, optimising, and reporting campaigns performance including opt-in rate and ROI optimization for each promotion and campaign.
• Work closely with the CRM, Operations and Product Teams to initiate actions which will generate and increase the revenue, loyalty and life-time value of the VIP players.
• Consistently monitor product issues, listen to the player’s feedback for ideas.
• Work with the Marketing Team to understand which acquisition channels are bringing high-value players and suggest more solutions to increase VIP acquisition.
• Identify potential issues with high net-worth customers and flag them with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, ensuring that all risks within areas of responsibility are identified and managed effectively.
• You will be expected to attend face-to-face VIP events on weekends and work occasional evenings.

Skill set

The successful German speaking Administrator will have the following skills/experience:
• Bilingual or native in spoken/written German.
• At least 2 years’ experience of handling customers contact or administration.
• An interest/experience in online and live poker is preferred.
• Numerate and comfortable with handling marketing data.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to use their initiative.
