Role and responsibilities

As Inside Sales Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:
• You will manage Inbound and Outbound Sales calls and be responsible for lead follow up, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
• Exceed target of qualified lead goals.
• Establish, enforce and improve lead gen processes to maximize team efficiency and effectiveness working closely with Marketing and Sales Operations.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing team to establish a systemic approach to inbound and outbound lead generation.
• The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate regularly with Sales teams to discuss best practices, business and market trends and review qualification approach to maximize opportunities.
• Continuously manage self performance and development of team through proper coaching, development, motivation, goal setting and general direction.
• Work closely with Marketing on defining Campaign follow-up and result reporting.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the clients' products and how they serve their customer's needs, including features, advantages, benefits, and key examples of usage.

Skill set

The successful Inside Sales Executive will have the following skills and attributes:
• Some related experience in outbound sales, business development, or account management with a record of achievement in developing successful business development teams and strategy.
• Previous experience selling digital marketing solutions or other SaaS solutions to enterprise brands is preferred.
• Passion for business development.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and proven presentation/demonstration skills with clients and partners.
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field
