My client are a Global content delivery network, offering unparalleled speed, security and reliability for the almost instant delivery of web content, and they are looking for their next Italian speaking Senior Customer Success Manager. Since 2000, the company have been providing customers with exceptional customer service and support, and you will be part of the team that allows them to do this.
As the Italian speaking Senior Customer Success Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the company's Enterprise clients, and help them grow their accounts and usage.
Role and responsibilities
As the Italian speaking Senior Customer Success Manager, you will have great customer communication skills, be well organised, able to prioritise effectively, and can quickly learn the products and processes. Success in the position will require a positive attitude, great time management, strong work ethic, and a passion to build great relationships with customers, however other responsibilities will include:
• Responsibility for building a rapport with customers and championing all issues including business, technical, billing etc.
• Taking ownership of assigned accounts and continue to maintain and grow customer revenue and reduce churn.
• Creating and maintain all major customer deliverables (proposals, statements of work, monthly reports) to provide over-the-top customer service and support
• You will have the opportunity to ensure customer issues are resolved and dealt with in an efficient manner
• Understanding the customer’s goals and communicate the customer’s interests to the company
• Leading regular calls and meetings with the customer
• Understanding the value proposition of our products and service and effectively communicates all offerings to the customer
The ideal Italian speaking Senior Customer Success Manager will have the following background/experience:
• Must come from a related Technology Industry or SaaS background
• 2-3 years experience working in an Customer Service/Customer Success/Account Manager position
• Experience in global customer base account management
• Excellent phone and e-mail communication with strong interpersonal skills
• Organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic, fast paced working environment where only self-motivated succeed
• Experience with a high volume of varied activity, including calls, demos, emails, face-to-face customer presentations, and more
• Extremely detail and process oriented
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and energetic
• Works well in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to an intermediate/advanced level
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM
• Fluent English plus Business Level or Native Italian
• Knowledge of the Internet, Content Delivery Networks (CDN’s) and web acceleration, preferred and highly desired
• Ideally educated to university level or equivalent
• Solid oral & written communication skills merged with diligent follow-up habits
