A FTSE listed gambling company are looking for a Marketing Analyst to work within their Marketing Team to define and implement measurement strategies that align with their KPIs and business objectives.

As the successful Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with KPIs and business objectives.
• Producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering performance reports with actionable insight.
• The role will also involve supporting the Conversion Optimisation Manager, with the aim of improving efficiency in marketing strategies and increasing ROI / improving CPA.

Role and responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities of the Marketing Analyst:
• Setting performance targets to support existing KPIs across all channels;
• Using methodical analysis to influence/support campaign strategy and budget for the main markets;
• Developing custom marketing dashboard concepts;
• Reporting on key metrics, analysing and interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights based on available data;
• Attributing the impact of multi-channel campaigns and implementing innovative strategies for improvement;
• Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution across all products;
• Performing ROI/CPA analysis to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of different marketing campaigns;
• Performing ad-hoc reports;
• Spotting potential to implement innovative new methodologies and improve analytical procedure;
• Using available data sources to deep dive and troubleshoot campaign (and overall) performance issues.

Skill set

Essential Experiences and Skills of the Marketing Analyst:
• Experience in working within a digital marketing/business intelligence environment;
• 2+ years' experience in data analysis with proficiency in extracting and manipulating large datasets using SQL / MicroStrategy / Tableau / Excel (or similar);
• Experience working with analytical software including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics;
• Experience in identifying and validating strategic and tactical marketing objectives.

Desirable skills and experience of the Marketing Analyst:
• Knowledge of GTM and DoubleClick;
• Gambling and poker industry experience.
