Regional Sales Manager

I am looking for a Regional Sales Manager to work within my clients' vehicle finance division. I have several positions available throughout England and Scotland for the Regional Sales Manager. If you have previous experience of working in sales and leasing, get in touch and let me know! You will have the opportunity to proactively seek new clients and revenue for the company and effectively convert those leads to meet volume and income targets, whilst working with other departments across the company. You will be responsible for liaising with existing and prospective clients, and internal and external customers to ensure relationships are built and maintained, helping achieve business targets. Role and responsibilities

What might you be expected to do as a Regional Sales Manager?
• Build and maintain direct relationships utilising other introductory sources, for example Accountants, Vendors or Client referrals
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new enquiries, attend networking events and identify and secure opportunities for new business and contacts
• Complete risk templates for sanction of the facility and chase outstanding enquires and paperwork on deals
• Develop knowledge and understanding of the asset based finance industry including my clients products and services, competitors, introducers, risks, client industry, market and sectors
• Work cross functionally to exceed client expectations
• Continuous focus on customer led process improvements
• Assist the Director of Sales and contribute to the smooth running of the team
• Provide consistent and accurate information on the CRM systems to support the production and completion of regular sales analysis and reports
• Maintain, manage and protect customer information and data
• Understand and prepare asset finance proposals for underwriting

Skill set

What will you be expected to bring to the table as the Regional Sales Manager?
• A high level of literacy and numeracy skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Sales experince is essential
• Previous experince in financial leasing is highly desirable
• Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Outlook
• Ability to work alone as you will be field based
• Able to interpret statutory and management accounts
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
