Our client, a world-class global entertainment organisation, is looking for a Talent Strategy Manager on a fixed term 12 month contract.

The Talent Stategy Manager will support the Talent Strategy Director across all talent streams including strategy, development, planning, analytics & partnerships. The Talent Strategy Manager role has a strong focus on supporting and developing the emergence of Talent in content and campaigns for third parties and licensees using the Company's IP.

Role and responsibilities

Key elements and required results of the role of Talent Strategy Manager:

Cross Line of Business Talent Services:
• Work with all relevant departments to continuously identify and develop opportunities for talent related activity and talent focused content through creative campaigns and strategic talent selection. The Talent Strategy Manager will regularly produce and deliver presentations for internal campaigns with strategic talent & influencers.
• In consultation with all relevant departments, develop an understanding of franchise and regional priorities to find efficiencies and talent-centric opportunities around the business.
• Work closely with local markets to optimize talent selection for regional campaigns and internal initiatives.
• Work with the Director to develop and sustain new talent led Retail and product initiatives bringing incremental revenue and marketing/ PR value to the Company.
• Maintain an understanding of approved analytic tools and current Company policy on Talent use and compliance in order to act as a support and consultation resource to the wider business, including the validation of talent lists and support on process and best practice.

Media Sales & Partnerships:
• Work with UK, EMEA and Group Company sales teams to produce and deliver presentations for third party campaigns using strategic talent for influencer marketing and quality digital content.
• Consolidate established workflows with sales and partnerships teams to react to commercial opportunities with key licensees, brand partners and retailers.
• Use & consolidate data from relevant analytic tools to develop future strategies and campaigns.
• Work closely with local markets to optimize talent selection for regional brand campaigns
• Leverage priority and strategic Talent to create brand exclusive client packages.

Talent:
• Continuously work to identify new strategic talent aligned to the Company’s brand values and strategy.
• Work with supervisor to optimize franchise aligned talent lists.

Local Markets:
• The Talent Stategy Manager will work with talent counterparts in each market to understand their talent activities and priority talent.

Skill set

Qualifications & Requirements of the Talent Strategy Manager:

• 2-3 years of relevant experience working in Influencer Marketing and Talent Strategy.
• Understanding and expertise with all social media platforms and talent search tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects are the norm.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organisation both within and across geographical markets.
• Ability to operate in a highly matrixed, large, complex organization with multiple franchises and business priorities.
• Proven ability to support/interact with senior-level management.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability with Keynote and PowerPoint.
